Mediation vs. Litigation

Print

Mediation allows you to decide what you want and how to get it. In the mediation process you have some control over the outcome, as opposed to a judge, who knows very little of your life, making a decision for you. Mediation results in a fair and equitable agreement.

Studies show those who have mediated agreements tend to be much happier with the results, and do not later return to court to resolve conflicts arising from matters they previously litigated.
